Hey, I am new, and I hope it is cool to start a thread when you are new... Anyways, I wanted to find out a little about the Olympic cycling events... Who is going to compete, etc? I got to thinking about it today when I saw aome lifeguard ad for the Olympics. Anyways thanks...

I think the cycling part starts on Aug 14 (next Saturday), it will air on one of the big networks CBS, NBC, FOX..........not sure witch one though. All I know is that Armstrong will not be competing, should still be interesting to watch.

Yep, thanks for the info... I was going to say, I think the course is like 250k, which means O'Grady or McEwan would stomp Armstrong anyways... Oh, and it is NBC, or one of their affiliates that will be airing all of the coverage. I just checked it out...

What about David Millar, anyone know?
