Because then you get to drink it while riding. the water bottle in the pic had its water tossed in favor of iced coffee/cream/raw sugar. This particular brew is called "1776". yum!

I don't drink coffee, but I've carried tea in insulated bottles. In 40 degree weather it stays warm for two hours.
