I'm also having this problem, albeit I'm only being charged $3 a month... I'd like to have the recurring subscription canceled but can't seem to find an option for turning it off. I've sent an e-mail and still no reply.

You need to cancel these through Paypal. There is a mechanism there for canceling current subscriptions.

Ah, thank you! I forgot it was through PayPal...
I believe it was around the 25th, I used the e-mail form on the 'Contact Us' page which probably wasn't the best option. But it's all taken car of now, no worries.
