I've seen the bull bars, but I was wondering if any companies had made a bar end that has a drop down bar as well, so you get two extra positions. One higher and one lower. Links? Ta

I don't think they have a higher position? I'm looking for a bar end with drop down bars and bull bars together

You can put those on trekking bars, then you'll have a zillion hand positions.

If those drop-bar-like bar ends have the standard 24mm road-bar diameter, then you could add these to them and gain a position on the top, riding on the hoods like a roadie:

However, the question then becomes why not just get a set of standard, road drop handlebars? They are the best thing for having multiple hand positions (compatibility with shifters and brake levers with the rest of the equipment on your bike can be avoided by using bar-end shifters and dedicated brake levers). Or, a more upright option with lots of hand position is a set of trekking / butterfly bars.
