The LMB (League of Michigan Bicyclist) has Three Oaks Spokes listed as a local club for that area. Here is there link http://www.applecidercentury.com/spokes.htm

If you were 4 hours North I could help out more.

A few miles south, near Goshen and Shipshewana, Indiana is the Pumpkinvine Trail: http://www.pumpkinvine.org/html/2009_bike_ride.html Scroll down and watch the right column for maps online. Fantasic biking area - I've ridden the trail and local country roads.
