I have free access to a very nice exercise bike, Diamondback something, that has numerous 'Hill Profiles.' i tried it last night and it gave me a pretty good workout. Living by the beach there are very few, if any, hills in my area. The only one i can think of is a bridge on a highway that elevates about 200 feet above the water to allow boats to go underneath, but i don't feel safe riding on that. I know you have to ride hills to train for them, but would riding on this exercise bike a few times a week help any? I still feel it in my legs, so it did something.
