We've had a dumpster outside our flat for communal autumncleaning. I managed to throw out the remains of last years winterbeater, a Fisher Montare last week. Felt good about that but had to look into the dumpster on thursday to see if anybodey else had thrown ot something useful (I never learn). Found a wheelless K2 4.0 Zed down there without wheels and with a shot crank. Someone had put on a rigid fork and it was quite a nice bike so I have spent the weekend making yet another winterbike. Now I have my CX with W106, a 94 Kona Kilauea that will be for days without ice and snow this winter (like now) and this "new" one with my Freddie's light for the bad weather. I already had almost all the parts I needed to make it roadworthy.
