I think it's carpet fibre. At least 10lbs is in all those reflectors.

I like the description "it weighs between 20-30 lbs" . This gives the expression "ballpark" a whole new meaning.

sleek metallic blue italian made road bike w/all original parts.has some scratches and very minor rust.runs sweet.one shifter cable needs to be replaced
Man if I knew a bike could run sweet without a shifter cable I'd have stopped buying parts ages ago

...20-30pounds ultralight
YES! If I ditch the fenders and tool kit, my Le tour could be an ultralight!

And only minor rust on the carbon fiber frame...ya know, it's hard to find those older 30lb carbon fiber frames that aren't completely rusted out.

I'll give him 20 bucks for it. In Canadian funds that is. :D

damn that was funny. The guy sounds like he knows enough to toss out key terms to the point that he's bordering on fraud... knowingly making claims to mislead the buyer.

I need an anchor for my boat...... I'm bidding!!

I sent him an email....
"Uhhmmm..... I think this description is bordering on false advertising. If it's carbon fiber, how could it be "rusty"?? Impossible! That thing is NOT carbon fiber, it's STEEL. "
