Before anyone gets angry and tells me to use the search button, i would just like to say that i have and could not find anything.

To my question, I have just purchased a 2-3 year old set of rollers from a seller on Craigslist and have been enjoying it a lot. But i've begun to notice a slight wiggle in my front roller. I have tried re adjusting the nuts, but do any of you have any other suggestions? Maybe the rollers are just deformed?

... side note/question - will this affect my tire wear?

You might have a bearing going out. I guess it would depend upon what you call a wiggle. Side to side play. I think that would be hard to get out of rollers, but if the inner or outer race of a bearing was failing it is possible I guess.

Plastic rollers can warp. The PDF mentions that.
I once made a set out of 3 industrial ABS idler rollers from an conveyor system and a wood 2X4 frame.
A slight bend in one roller caused an annoying vibration at speed so I replaced it.
I have a hard time imagining how such warpage could speed tire wear.

Are they the Perfomance PVC rollers with a seam toward one end of the drum?

Thanks everyone! Question though, do any of you know where i could get replacement rollers'?

To answer a few questions though:
The wiggle which is happening is similar to the wiggle from a out of true wheel.
