Knowing where you live might help people to make a suggestion. I don't know of any nationwide programs.

To be clear: I'm not actually looking for a loan program to subscribe to and use, but examples of good ones for a research project. We have a great one here at the University of Oregon, actually.

Let me know if you know any good ones in the US or abroad.
