Am looking at a used haro It has a left sided chainring Ive never heard of such a thing Does anybody have any info? Is it reversable? Thanks

It has left-hand-drive instead of the regular RHD. It's the same exact thing, but some people who grind on the right side like to have the sprocket and everything on the left side to keep it protected. And it's not really reversible because you need a LHD hub and LHD cranks make it easier.

I never really did understand what the difference between RHD and LHD cranks is. Mine have threaded holes in both of them for a sprocket bolt.

Not all cranks have the holes on both crank arms. Some (like Primo Powerbites) do.

I had a Haro "Blammo" that had flip flop crank, I never flipped or even checked it but was told by the shop that sold it that the wheel was also a flip flop.
