ok, when you click on a club teams info via usa cycling it list the events the club sponsors, contact info, and the various club teams.
few questions about club teams:
1) does each individual team in an organization need to put on a race?
2) can a club team be collegiate?
3) how easily can riders switch teams within an organization?

I searched usa-c and couldnt find much.
