Now I'm deciding if I should pick up this as a frameset (or do they have completes???) or a cinelli vigorelli.

They have completes, but its hard to find either the frameset or complete in the States. Let me know if you find one.

I say get the Argon 18 simply for the fact that it's less common.

The Vigorelli (or the Electron, for that matter) isn't special. There's no discernible advantage to using this frame. Actually, this entry-level frame is passed-over by folks that actually ride the track.

The Vigorelli is popular on the hipster scene because: Cinelli has been around for a while. Cinelli is Italian. It's expensive. It's colorful. So it must it must be really good....right? Right guys?

If you're racing this on the track, get the Argon18.

If you're being hip, get the Vigorelli.

That TT fork looks goofy IMO.
