So maybe Tiger Woods had a big fight with his wife, got pissed off and went tearing off in the car and then had an accident. No alcohol was involved. Nobody got hurt but Tiger. So what?

Good grief, give it a rest already. Police investigations. If he didn't fail an alcohol test, end of conversation. STFU and move on.
By the way, the only thing you can really prove at all here is whether drugs or alcohol were involved. Again, if not, that's the end of this affair.

What I want to know is if his next move will be to shave his head. Like Britney.

You have to admit the whole story is pretty fishy....The guy rips out of his driveway at 2:30am and does not make it more than a few feet before ramming a tree hard enough to be knocked unconscious then he refuses to speak to the police for 3 days now. All Mr Superstar needed to do was act like anyone of us would have and give the police a statement then move on. Woods decided to pull the celebrity card and not cooperate.

If these celebrities would simply act and do what is expected of every other citizen then there would not be these issues. You can't blame America.....blame the egotistical celeb's who feel they are above our laws and customes.

I think I read on a bathroom wall somewhere that no matter how hot a woman is, sooner or later, the guy she's with gets tired of her crap.

In this case, I think there may be a reversal, but I don't think there's any such creature as a former model that's NOT a high maintenance individual.

If Tiger is fooling around, he's a moron.

There's this line someone wrote and another replied to in the Mens' room restaurant at the midtown Cornerstone restaurant in Sacramento...

"How can you respect a world that is committing suicide?"

There has been much irresponsible speculation on this. But the FHP will want to ask a few pointed questions, such as, did Tiger's wife, Elin Nordegren, attempt to extract him from the SUV with the golf club before, or after, he crashed?

Oh, it's a dark sinister conspiracy all right. The guy quarreled with his wife, got pissed, drove out the driveway in a huff and it a tree. I would guess that happens several times a day all over America with zero point zero publicity.

This is only a story because it was Mr. Woods.

If I were him, the entire world, the media, my sponsors and everybody else could go F themselves. And if I lost a sponsor deal or two? Oh no. I'll have to muddle through on $85 million this year instead of $100 million.

This will blow over in a couple of weeks.

Nope. They would not be entitled to it. You do not have to give a statement to the Police. You cannot be compelled to answer their questions no matter who you are.

Yep, you only have to report the accident from my understanding because it exceeded $500 damage. That's all folks!

Assuming it's infidelity, she's been home with the kids (yes I know they have nannies) while he's out having a good time. She must have nailed him with that club while he was laying down or something.

Common sense ehidle.... If I or most anyone I know wrecks a car you talk to the police. Why on earth would I want to make there job more difficult because I screwed up? All mr celebrity had to do was explain what happened like anyone else would have and it would have been a non issue. Dude wrecked a car....no biggie. Incorrect. I would have told the State Police to call my attorney, maybe after telling them to go F themselves. But that's me. Oh, yes, and the U.S. Constitution. You may have heard of it.

Privacy. The right to privacy. Who's rights was Woods infringing upon by asking for this, who was he endangering, what 'investigation' was he hindering? That's what they have laws for. Let them bring him up on charges if they feel he broke the law.

He did not.

I disagree.

P.S.: as a motorcyclist and a cyclist, my rule of thumb is that anybody who is incapable of putting a ball cap on straight probably can't drive a car. That proves to be accurate 90% of the time, and ironically is like flying a Trailer Trash Flag over your head.

Regardless, I'm not kidding about the ball cap. Observe this as you drive or ride around. It's actually true. The sideways ball cap thing is a reasonably accurate Knucklehead Barometer. And whatever you do, don't crash into a fire hydrant.

At any rate, my PR instincts tell me Tiger will survive this intact. The amount silly sturm und drang over this minor incident is an illustration of the downside of fame.

Of course that is a family matter, and none of the business of the State Police, the Press, the public, you, me or anyone else. Except of course Extra! the gossip TV show my wife and I watch half the time but would never actually admit to watching.
