Singlespeed & Fixed Gear - Bearing Suggestions?

My Mavic/Formula wheelset has developed a little play in the axle. The cones are tight and everything looks good. I am thinking it is just the quality of the factory sealed bearings in the Formula hubs. I am looking to replace them here shortly.

Anyone have any bearing suggestions for these hubs? Phil Wood? ABI? Ceramic even?

Also, does anyone know the manufacture number on these bearings? Front and rear.

I believe that is one one the bearings. I think the front and rear are different. I have not dabbled that much into my hubs just yet.

phils are nice bang for buck, but if you can afford it might as well go ceramic.
formula hubs are really nice once you change the bearings.

I was thinking about that but dont know if its worth the extra $25 a bearing for ABI Ceramics over Phil's.

you will probably never notice the difference in ride quality on the street, but they supposedly last longer.
I'd just go with phils, unless you really want to pimp out your formulas.

i think ill stick with the phil's.

what about zipp? wouldn't those be better than phil? i was thinking about putting zipp steel bearings in my formula hubs. anyone do this?
