OK, I know more than a few of you are/were military men and women, I'm in need of two back packs with frames, if any of you FOOsters have what I'm looking for please, for the love of gosh and everything you hold holy! let me know! even if you only have one I'll be more then happy to work out a deal with you. :thumb: Thanks much. :)

I've got a large one without a frame I'll send you. I bought a small one that works with the frame and I only use that. You would have to buy a frame and straps for it, which don't cost much. This is one of the military issue ones, not the cheap commercial knock-offs, and despite having gone cross-country on hitch-hiking trips many times, is still as good as new. PM me your address if you are interested. It's green, naturally.

OK....seven times! LOL! This new set up is really starting to suck big time! every time I tried to post I was told that it failed! and now they all post at the same time!? Really, it should have been left alone if you ask me.

Didn't the military stop using ALICE packs and move to something else? The acronym spells another woman's name.
