Is this a good bike?
I think he is a jerk but i cant get lance's.
I was thinking of buying this one on ebay.

I have a 2001 Lemond MJ... it's pimp... Hard to sya what a good price is for it.. I bought the frame and fork on Ebay for $450, and put All Ultegra on it for another $800.. I would say anywhere under $1500 is a decent deal for this.. my guess is it will probably end up around $1200 or so... it has all DA on it... so that is a step up from mine...

I love my Lemond... it rides soooo smooth

I sold my 2002 Victoire for about $1675 on ebay - 1 year old, and retail was around $3300. Not sure what MSRP is on this bike - around $2k maybe?

61cm on that bike is big too since they measure ctc instead of ctt ...

I have a '98 MJ that I built earlier this year. The frame was purchased new in '98 stripped of its parts and never ridden. I decked it out in full Ultegra, Neuvation wheels and various other parts. Total cost was under a grand. Considering what they go for new with DA, it was a steal.

As for the ride, it rocks. The 853 Pro is amazing. If the geometry fits, I would recommend this bike to anybody - regardless of what I think of Greg Lemond and his mouth.
