Hi there,
I am into building a new 650B lightweight touring bike.
I have choosen probably all my components but the wheels.
I found some nice american classic hubs 32H that are light and "affordable" ..
Now I wonder which rim i should get to keep my bike lightweight.
They should be 32H, or better 28H (because the front hub is lighter at 28H) and accept cantilever brakes.
I sourced some nice CTA aerohead 650B rims but in Australia.... I live in la Reunion island...
So I wonder if someone could help please.
;)

You should rethink the use of 28h hub as it will seriously limit the versatility of the bike and goes against the hole idea of using the 650B standard. The now discontinued SUN Mistral were available in 28h and there are some on 'bay right now:
