So far, it's the only aluminum bike I've looked at that I've liked. Reminds me of the bike I have now, only newer and lighter.

And of course, more expensive...

what a dweeb, that guy. better that someone takes that bike off his hands-- how can you ride that just once? jeez. HereNT, looks like you need to do some more moonlighting projects . . . . btw, i sat on a pista concept complete bike while i shopping for mine, and indeed they are sweet.

I dunno - I've just loved the look of that bike since someone posted it in the sticky photos thread. (on dial-up, not worth taking the time to find out who)

I'd do more moonlighting projects, but I usually get about 50 hours/wk now, and when I'm not at work I'm too lazy/unmotivated/drunk to really think about doing much web design... Kind of the opposite of most of the people I work with. They seem lazy at work, yet have big projects they do at home. Guess I'm a workaholic as well as an alcaholic... Pays the bills though.

I wounder if it's stolen? Why would some one buy a new bike and then sell it on E-bay

Nothing wrong with AL. Unless your a lightwieght (litteraly) and then it beats you to crap.

I still say AL is just as good as steel. Though, the new bike will be steel.

I particularly like the text in the ad...heck, who wouldn't love to have "the HOTTEST bike in your city, country wherever you lay" WTF? So yeah, I think it's probably stolen. It isn't chrome because it's Bianchi's "real" track frame, the pista concept, which is sold as frameset only instead of the regular entry level pista. I prefer steel for my own track bike, too, but if I was a real trackie then I'd likely be on AL.
