I've recently found some websites about some XC races that happen in the summer here around the place. Im planning on trying them next year when I can drive myself around to them.

Do most events need some kind of racing liscence? The site mentioned something about membership and a liscence. The entry fees dont look anything I cant afford.

Does anyone else race here? I'll be at Uni next year so I'm hoping I can fit in some training too.
