Is it just me or in general do the Italian companies that are in the cycling business have crappy web sites? Half the time the graphics don't work and when you are looking for some real information like say the effective top tube size or a frame weight, nada.

Anyway, I was getting on the Gaerne shoe mailing list and had to enter a country for my address. Two of the possible choices on the list for countries were "Atlantic Ocean" and "West Bank". I would not score a 100% on a geography test but I am sure that neither of those are actually countries.

I know these companies want you to go to a retailer to get your info but when the brand has few USA sellers it would help to spread the information via the net.

Italians are known for their bikes, not their websites. I'll bet Huffy has a great website.:p

That's great to hear! I recently sent off for their brochure, and maps. Have been starting to suggest to my wife that she really 'wants' to spend a few days there next summer.

I am waiting for my package to arrive at that Atlantic Ocean address! So there are a few that rate well but I still hold that in general they are 10 years behind the times.
