Would have expected a reply to you by others by now that actually know the bikes.
These are low end spec bikes And it shows. The price asked seems a bit high for such a bike.It does depend a bit on the condition and as to whether the bikes fit you but I would say they are both $100 at least too high. The 09 may have an upgraded fork but it is still not that good.

Too much and probably not worth the effort to talk the seller down to a reasonable price.

About twice the price of what they should sell for.
