Hey All,
I'm just in the process of rediscovering just how much I enjoy riding. I've been away from it since the early 90's when a military transfer made it difficult for me to ride. After that it's just been one excuse after another. I'm riding a 1990-ish Trek 2300 and in the past week I've covered about 100 or so miles with seven flats, one broken bottom bracket, and a grin from ear to ear. I enjoy seeing all the new technology that has come along. Did anybody know that they put the shifters on the brake levers now? lol ... Once I'm convinced that this bug has come to stay I'll probably blow the dust off my mountain bike and give that a whirl. That bike is a 1988-ish Bridgestone MB1. I'm pretty sure that I won't get back into racing ... at my age the "Tour" or a NORBA championship is probably out of the question. ;)
Hope to see you guys and especially gals out on the road or the trails!
