I want to leave you folks!!

Nothing personal - there are some really nice folks on this forum.

But, I am at 218 lbs this am - a weight I have maintained for some time now, but 20 pounds too much.

My wife and I are going on a cruise in May - just about 20 weeks away. So, my goal - lose one pound per week to look and feel better for the cruise. That is a net change in intake vs energy expended of 500 calories per day. That's about one candy bar or dish of ice cream, etc. So that is my goal - simply stop one of my bad eating habits - ice cream and the occasional candy bar. However, I shall allow myself a treat every now and then!!

If I do lose the 20 lbs. I will no longer qualify for participation, and I will have to unsubscribe from the forum!!!:D

Have you seen the food they serve on cruises? You'll be back.

Yes, we went on a cruise about 15 years ago.

Do they have "Weight Watchers" cruises? (And, I am sure they do, somewhere).

Not that I want to see anyone leave the forum, that would be the one NEAR acceptable reason. I hate to see people that are working on a goal give up on the forum. I can only imagine they gave up on the goal as well.

A healthy lifestyle should always be more important than the number on the scale.
Best of luck on your goal and enjoy the cruise!
But don't feel you have to sign off because you drop below '200'
