I've referred to that site as well on many occassions- lot's of good info. The North American site has some of the info, but it seems to be buried a lot deeper. The service instructions and exploded views of the components are quite handy for the do-it-yourselfer. They are a must-download (they are in pdf). I have a binder next to my workbench with the service instructions in it for the components that I have on my bike and for my wife's bike.
