I just wanted to say real quick how great my experience has been with this LBS. Claudia and Bill are great (have helped me numerous times with random questions about bike maintenance/care), and Dave (the manager) is always willing to help! Nathan and Jonathan are also great in helping out and making sure you get what you need.
I brought in the Tarmac I just bought (from a different bike store in a different city), and Dave helped me get it fitted, showed me how to keep it clean, how to use a CO2 pump (never used one before). I personally think that's great service :)...
And they're having a 20% off accessories/clothing sale right now too!
I know this sounds kinda cheesy, but I have to say, really great experience and they definitely got my business for sure.
