Picked up my bike on Thursday, took the day off and rode the Wantagh Parkway trail on Friday until my legs were killing me. As luck would have it, my jiu-jitsu class friday night focused on doing slow motion thrust kicks for an hour and a half (or until you started falling over from leg fatigue). hit the L.I. north shore saturday (hills, hills, and more hills). My bambi legs are toast today. I'm going fishing.
