I need help, every time I replace my tubes, I pump them up and they are flat again within half an hour. The place where the hole is looks slightly pinched/skinnier than the rest of the tube. There isn't anything that I can see that would cause this on the rim.

Make sure that the rim strip is good, and that none of the nipples are chafing the tube. Then maybe check for burs around the rim and file them smooth.

eeGet a new tube. I had the same problem once. There was a leak, so I patched it, but overnight, all the air leaked out. There's probably a crazy small leak somewhere, but I don't think it'll worth the trouble to find it and patch it again.
Also if you're using tire levers to mount them, be really careful not to push in too hard or it will puncture the tube.
You can either pump a little air into the tube (to give it shape) before mounting, or just use your hands to mount them (says LBS guy, although it's a pain to the fingers and stomach).

edit: one more thing, make sure the tube is properly seated along the entire rim, (meaning none of it is pinched between the tire and rim) before pumping air into the tube. To do this, work around the rim and wiggle the tire in a forward- backward motion perpendicular to the rim.
Hope this helps!

Thank you. I suspect it to be the rim because this has happened to multiple tubes. I'll try patching it one more time.

use that pvc rim tape, i used to use velox, but it's too narrow to cover the nipple holes all the way sometimes.

What trouble? Just dip the inflated tube in the sink and look for bubbles, then patch. It is the easiest way to find elusive leaks.

Sounds like the OP doesn't really know how to mount a tire/tube....
