Jack goes to the top of the list but I think of him in Torchwood more than Dr.Who, It is cool that Jack is the face of Bo, The entire character that is Jack is fascinating.

Red Dwarf was a great show too but we are talking Dr Who here.

The first Romana (Mary Tamm) stood out to me as one of the best assistants he had.

It had to be Peri. She studdered every other word, but I'm willing to forgive.

I liked David Tennant better. In fact, I think I'd say he took my fave doctor position away from Sylvester McCoy.

I found Donna annoying at first, but Donna grew on me.

Rose and then Jack.

I'm too young to know the old ones, and out of the new ones it's got to be Rose for me. Apart from her being awsome, I think in general the epoisodes she was in were better as well.

Same here. I was hoping she'd do a second season at least.

I have to say...Martha is the only one I was "happy" to see go in the new series. She just didn't click with me at all and I got totally sick of her constant pining after the doctor.

Mel...are you freakin' kidding me!! She was the worst companion ever! Unbelieveable!

(You fell into my clever trap...you may call me The Master...bwaaaahahahahahahahaahaa)

Now we can have an equally geeky debate on who was the best Master.

I was surprised to see Turlough make the list and surprised that Tegan didn't make the list.

Too bad Dr. Who popularity was dwindling already by the time Sylvester McCoy took over in the late 80s. He was a great doctor who, and one of his companions, Ace was also great. Kind of a cute young girl like Rose, but a sassy attitude like Donna...but with a little bit of Joan Jett mixed in.

I hadn't heard that, but I did hear that another old time lord nemesis was coming back (possibly) next season. The renegade time lord (like the Master), The Rani. Remember the scene at the end of the 2008 season when the master supposedly died, then you saw a female hand pick up the ring.....rumor is that the hand may have been that of the Rani and the Master and the Rani will come back.

Also, I just read a blurb that the weeping angels will be back next season! They were awesome!! One of my favorite episodes of the new doctor who series.

Do you all watch the Sarah Jane Adventures as well?

Did you all hear that K-9 is getting his own show next year? Like SJ, it will be a bit more kid oriented, but may still be fun enough to watch.

Thats a bad Idea, The gave Ozzy his own show, Now the prince of darkness is just a washed up tool reduced to a pathetic reality show personality. K-9 is way to cool to be teaching kids there ABCs. He should be killing & Blowing stuff up & burning and cutting up people. K-9 should not have nudicles

Huh. It lets me just click and play on my Mac.
Doesn't say anything about a tool bar.
Oh well.
