I'm looking to get into track cycling next spring and I wanted to know what a solid track bike for a beginner would be? I don't need carbon fiber parts and all that jazz, just something to start riding with that's not a piece of crap. Thanks! Looking to spend maybe $400-500

Are you serious?
You really didn't see the post about this EXACT subject, the one that was at the top of the posts list when you posted this?
If you're going to ride the track you have to pay attention.
