Clydesdales/Athenas (200+ lb / 91+ kg) - 12/19 short Gina ride video, darn this Flip Video recorder!

42 miles on the trail today. Pretty windy in some parts but a nice ride. Check out the bushes in the background in the scene where I ask "how do you feel?". She was happy when the ride was over!:p
I'm lovin' this Flip video thingy!

I wish I was there...we got 20+ inches of snow today.

Wow, snow! I took layers and didn't even need them.:D
Keep taking those videos - I for one love photo and video ride reports. It allows me to get an idea of what riding in your part of the country is like.

what model is it? the ultra or ultra hd?
looks like a neat little video recorder....i am thinking of getting one

It's the Ultra.:thumb:...HD was only $30 more but I didn't want something that takes longer to load. This one is fine IMO. 2 hours of video. I try to go for the ez use type things.:p Cool gadget, vids and ability to extract still shots!
The little clip I posted was made in the "magic movie" mode. Drag the vids to a box then it automatically makes a little vid of the highlights. I was messin' with it last night and figured ot how to make my own movie longer (splicing vids together). Just got it so I'm still learning.
I'm posting them as I learn.:D
I have a thread in the southercalifornia forum (regional discussions). On the last or second to last page, I posted a few short vids of the riders we encounter on the trail, some characters out there!:thumb:. Check it out if you get bored!:p
"SART Journal 2009" thread under my name. should be on the firs page.

Hey Beanz, I', pondering one of those too. Were you just holding the camera, or did you make a mount for it?

Just holding it. I may need a mount if I do some serious climbing and descending in the mountains.:D
