I guess I was bored today and remembered I never uploaded a couple of videos that I made from riding. While in the midst of finding the videos I made one as well. I am uploading them all now so I will post as soon as I finish.
Have any of you guys made any such videos? If so, let's see what you got.
Disclaimer, I am in NO WAY SHAPE OR FORM a movie creator. So this is the warning for horrible video handling, bad music and even worse editing. Like I said, these were all boredom projects. Each one took about 25-30 minutes to make and render. Thank you.

Good work man, aslong as you like the process and the riding that's all that matters.

The riding is always fun of course. I am and never have been a great photographer. I am getting more experienced with shooting while doing things like riding/skiing/hiking/climbing and the likes. I hope to have much more and better footage this year. Thanks man.

i've got some videos on You Tube.
i've not been too happy with the helmet cam, too busy. i'd like to make a sports boom camera attachment a bit more elaborate than a ski pole, but it would'nt need to be much more complicated than that with a few clamps to secure it to the bike.

Cool. Still good stuff guys. I am trying to get my hands on a helmet cam. I do like mypoint and shoot Olympus SW. Waterproof, shockproof, and freeze proof is exactly what I need to do all my fun stuff. :)

Been trying to find a way to mount the video and camera on to the bars on the bike.
So how have the rest of you managed it?
Pics would help or a link to a commercial unit.

I pretty much just use an adjustable micro tripod with Velcro straps around the stem. It works ok, but I have to find something better. I can strep it to my helmet too but with a P&S camera it gets annoying. Need a lightweight bullet cam of sorts.

Ride couple of days ago, bud said the movement on my cam made him want to puke. So I redid the descent with some Helter Skelter music

The climb and original descent. Freehand on the climb, mount on the descent

Lastweek on the trail with my wife and a few buds here and there. Wife is known for eating bugs!:D
Freehand, no mount.

Nice videos Beanz. I always record the downhills and very rarely the uphill for some reason. I need to get on that.

Ha ha, another kickass vid, beanz. How did you get the footage of them riding behind you? Just holding the camera over ur shoulder or did you turn it around on whatever you have it mounted to?

I held the camera up over my shoulder. Only ride I've used the moutn is on the descents. oo scared todo switchbacks at 30-40 with one hand! My wife di the camera work on this one form the backseat of our tandem.
So the camera work came from the backseat of the tandem, thru the eye of Gina!

I like this one! We saw the RiverVelo dudes riding in the opposite direction so we turned around them chased them down for the vid. They were in cruise mode or we would've never caught them. We're not that fast but looks good in the video. I put MTBLurker in the vid only cause he posted me yesterday, payback mister! Bwahahaha!

I made a new one from around town today. There was much more footage, but I was obviously having a tone of mount issues with the camera/roadbike.
Anyways, here it is.
