Guys, my wife pick up a clip on aero bad from profiledesign; The airstrike with the flip up arm pads.
I am not crazy about the handle, but I though that the flip up pad was interesting.
I would eventually replace the airstryke handle with some straight carbon ones. (I think the straight ones will be much more aero and comfortable)
My concern is that the flip up design for the pads may not be trully functional and be more of a gimick in the end (in terms of saving space). I was looking at some picture and it seems like it would place the arm supports too high in relation to the steering handles on the bike (where you would clip on to) and then way too hight compared to the actual aero extension bars.
does anyone have experience and chime in please?
My bike is a road bike, but I can really benefit form the TT position when ridding alone in the morning.
