That's really cool.

Suggestion on the LED spoke-display system: Check how well it operates at SLOW speeds. I assume that Bikezilla is normally operated at slower speeds, especially in parades, and the spoke display may be too jerky at those speeds.

Well, parades are usually a stop and go affair so the led spokes may be a wash. What we do to keep moving in a parade is that everyone rides in circles. I'm not sure that could be done with bikezilla though.

It's an insanely cool bike though. :D

The minimum speed for the POV LEDs is determined by the number of light spokes you have... IIRC, four is good for down to 10-15km/h
