So this week was the Christmas holiday. I got in about 40 miles on the trainer but I ate enough stuff I shouldn't have that I did not lose any weight this week. Luckily I did not gain any either so I guess I'm going to call this a win.

249 pounds this week! I've lost 107 pounds so far. I haven't been riding much outside. Stationary bikes, running, and weight lifting have been my major indevors. My waist has gone from 56" down to 40". I've gone from 5x shirts to xl. Thanks for the support guys. New long term goal is to get to 10% body fat. I'm going to get measured when I hit 225. Hi Guys - Where are all the Biggest Losers? Come on in and check in. I did not weigh myslef and will do so tomorrow - this can't be good...btu alas I will start anew on Monday and try and lose some of the excess I have gained ....

On a bvetter note - I have made it tot running/jogging 5 miles and will start my Hlaf Ironman training on Monday...I needed to get to the 5 mile run before starting the training for the half ironman.

Wow, it's been a year! I've put on a few pounds with reduced exercise from doc's orders due to a hernia. The last few days I've started cutting down on my intake so that I can drop it. Likely it'll take a month or two to lose the 5 pounds I put on.

Hello and Happy New Year. Been riding the stationary bike at the gym. No street riding yet, but I'm getting there. Haven't weighed myself yet this week but my weight has been moving up & down by as much as 4 pounds a week.
