I try to avoid PB as much as possible - - it being filled with snot-nosed jr.-high-aged boys from B.C. as it is. However, as you noted, there are a lot of vids out there - - even from my beloved Transition and from some of our local PNW regulars.

^^ For the benefit of the clueless; from their FAQs:

"How did you come up with the name Pinkbike.com?
Pinkbike.com was cleverly deviced by a number of things. In its early years, Pinkbike.com was a website ran out of the basement of a average household. How was the name thought up? After lots of thought about "extremebikeing.com" and "hardcorebiking.com", along with many other names, Pinkbike.com was thought up as a joke, and later, created into a world wide recognized website."

Ahh, catchy. But a worldwide recognized site? Don't think so.

Don't think so.Only if you've been living under a rock . . . or are from the full-kit-lycra persuausion.

HAHA...seriously, been riding for many years (somewhat old), member of two mt. bike clubs, and have just never heard of said site. Assuming most visitors to the site are into racing? Regarding lycra: oh man, about as far away from that as I could be...my riding apparal looks like I'm sponsored by WalMart, Sears, and Carhart..mostly camo jeans/shorts, raggy ass pullover shirt, work gloves, work boots, and a helmet that needs to be upgraded. Happy New Year mt. bikers! Best damn sport out there for any age.

Ah, so that's why you haven't heard of them! Deck yourself out in a full TLD kit, buy yourself a Dobermann Pinscher and try again.

my point for posting about the site is they have a great video section, something that can be appreciated when your stuck inside due to snow and cold.....
