I think its about time I added a few more moderators to the forums, Im looking for two or three moderators that currently visit the site daily. Im looking for people who want to see this site succeed, can help calm things down in a heated discussion, and have good leadership skills. If you are interested, please PM me, if you think another member would be a good moderator, let me know.

Im also looking for a handful of welcome team members, as a welcome team member, you will send private messages to the new members. You may act as a mentor to the newbies, as they learn about our community, and how to get around. You can expect to send 1 - 3 welcome PM's a day as a welcome team member. Currently, the welcome team is 100% male, I would love to have a few of the girls here help out, I think other women would feel more comfortable being welcomed by another women.
