I'm not sure, from your photos, what you are talking about.
What it appears to be is a saddle-rail has either broken or fallen out. Please take some more clear photographs (or digital) and re-post. If the saddle-rail has broken, start shopping for a new saddle.
Hope to see you back soon!
Happy New Year!

it came out of the socket or hole or whatever its called. it is near impossible, or feels like it is, to bend it back in place.

Get a new, and better, saddle. Follow the instruction with the new saddle, and follow them to the letter.
Many times, I've seen, a saddle has been improperly installed. So the tension on the bolts holding same fail. SNaP!! goes a rail. Got a torque-wrench? No? Borrow one or take the new saddle with the instructions.
Have fun!

If you aren't too picky, every bike shop that I've ever worked in had a big box of OE saddles that had been replaced by something else. They generally sell for around $5.00 or $10.00.

just push the rail back in. sometimes it helps to have 2 people. try clamping it back in the post to use as leverage. or just get a new one

Time for a new saddle. I too have had this happen to a saddle I liked, but no amount of manipulation could get the rail reinstalled correctly.

And even if you did: it'll come out more easily the second time than it did originally.

I had this happen when I joined Club Tombay. Only way I could put it back was to bend the rail, put it back in, and straighten it again. I worked, but it's risky, the rail may break. It hasn't yet, but I'd be reluctant to let anybody else ride it.

Check the front of the saddle to see if there is a removable piece which may allow you to easily reinsert the rail at the rear. I wouldn't trust a saddle that had a rail ripped out and then bent and straightened for reinsertion. Not worth it.
