Clydesdales/Athenas (200+ lb / 91+ kg) - new year's resolutions

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

At our family party my official new year's resolution was to "completely reshape my body in one year"
but I had more specific goals in mind:
Ride at least 2 metric centuries
Ride at least 2 standard centuries
Attend at least two local bike races
lose 25 kg
be in shape enough at this time next year to compete in some kind of bike race.
You guys tell me yours
I never make New Year resolutions, but I am going to this year.
Ride 2500 miles
lose 40 lbs
Run Mini under 9 min miles
Drop 50 lbs.
Ride 2 centuries (first in late April, which is aggressive being in Minnesota)
Wear out a bunch of tires on multiple bikes.

To become ineligible for membership in the Clydesdale club, 8 lbs to go!
