Singlespeed & Fixed Gear - 20h rear track hub?

So I'm going to be selling my road bike, and I'm considering re-lacing the rear campy vento to a track hub. The only thing I've found online that come in 20h is a phil hub: http://www.wheelbuilder.com/store/phil-wood-fsa-low-flange-rear-track-hub.html

Just wondering if there are other (cheaper) options out there. My searching isn't coming up with much.

You must have an old Vento if it only has 20 spokes? I know the Shamal had a track version--- maybe the Vento did as well, and you could find a matching Campy hub. But I wouldn't want to mess with it. You are likely in for an adventure in wheelbuilding if you want the original style spokes, the lacing, etc.... (what is it 2 cross and non-drive radial? Or something like that.)

I run an extra front Vento--- with a non-matched rear. I wouldn't bother.

Custom drilled Phils may be your answer but lacing them may be a real pain. Talk to Jeff at Continuum Cycles on Ave B between 12 and 13th Streets. He laced a set of custom drilled Phils to new Shamal rims.

I think they are 2 cross on both sides. I don't have them in front of me right now. I may go talk to Jeff. I don't even know if its worth it. I just figured since I'm selling the road bike, I won't have a use for them, and I love these wheels!

You make it sound like some sort of secret to lacing that no one else on earth knows. I laced a set of phils to the last gen '02 shamals before they were discontinued (the gen before the present "gold shamals"). It's radial front, 1x drive rear, and radial left rear. You HAVE to lace it this way because the rim is only drilled for that specific pattern because of the 38mm+ section.

Huh? So the rim is not drilled uniformly? I could have sworn it was.... but I don't see how the rim depth has an significance here.
