What's your preference for things like bottom bracket drop and head angle and fork offset? Looks fairly standard but not positive.

after all the millions and millions of frames that have been made over the decades
it has all been sorted
there is no magic numbers that some one is yet to discover.
Race bikes, 65 to 75 drop pending crank length
HTA generally 73, FR 45mm {small bikes , 72/50**
Touring bikes, low geo trail, 72/65 , BB 75 to 80.
I do not believe lower BB has any effect on handling! but it sure can scare the crap out of you when you scrape a pedal.
I will add
plot the rider's position first and then draw the frame to go under the rider.
I get so tired of people doing it the other way.
