Cant seem to recall what the 12 month period in the USA cycling upgrade rules was defined as. So is it the following:
A. 12 months = Jan 1st - Dec 31st
B. 12 months = 12 months from the day the point was earned

The main reason for this is A. I forgot, B. noticed that the reset the rankings for 2010 (as I figured they would), and C. want to know if I still have some more time to uses the 6 points I racked up late last season, towards my Cat 3 upgrade.

I should know the answer to this by now but not 100% sure.

also be aware that the ten top 10 finishes in 25 mass start races is exactly that, word for word. not ten top 10 finishes in 12 starts, you must have the total quantity...

Meh, just do it by points. That may be easier anyway. ;)
