I have an utterly strange situation. Now, I don't have a heavy amount of oil on my chain but, everytime I come back from riding, I have an oilspot on my right calf(lower leg). I have looked at my chain and, it is not leaking. That is the only thing wrong with it.
Does anyone have any ideas?

good to know your chain isn't leaking, if it was I'd be worried it was some sort of bike stigmata.
Just get some degreaser, spray off the chain as you run it through the gears. If its a fixie, keep your fingers out of the way. you might try wiping the chainrings off as well, particularly the front, as that's where you're getting the stain.
You need to clean the chain then relube, after relubing you need to wipe off the excess. Then when you ride your bike get a pair of wide reflective pant straps that wrap the cuff around your ankle so your pant cuff doesn't come in contact with the chain; because no matter how clean your chain is, if it has oil on it that oil will get on clothes if clothes come into contact.

i have a similar problem...but its because i unclip my right foot at stoplights/signs/etc. and sometimes when im just standing around waiting for the light to change my leg will touch the chain..most of the time i dont notice this until i get home..but its pretty obvious its from that because its at the perfect height.

i smell TriFlow. AHHA! Seriously, what lube are you using? Triflow, no matter how well you wipe it off, makes a black residue on the chain. It is from the teflon in it. Now way around it.

Thoroughly degrease chain, then lube only the inside parts of the chain with a dropper, not a spray, then wipe off excess.
