I am looking for information on an old neighbor I had in Richmond. As the title states, his name is Norman Hill and I would guess him to be close to 70 today. He was a British professional racer in the early 60's and married a Dutch podium girl named Harma.
Does anyone have info on him at all? I have done a lot of searching and he is quite invisible on the web.
