Watch away to your hearts content http://www.google.com/#hl=en&source=hp&q=derailleur+adjustment+site%3Ayoutube.com&aq=f&aqi=&oq=&fp=e8d6ef47431c6a4a, but it would be far easier to just read the instructions or use the links operator provided...

I remember the time I checked out bicycletutor.com, after reading about it here on BF for the first time not too long ago, and it couldn't "help" me on the subject I picked (didn't need their help, just wanted to see what they were about). Had some bs about they needed someone to buy them the particular gear (don't remember what it was now, though, but something fairly basic, like all I'd have to do is go in the next room and grab a bike) so they could work on them to post about. I looked at a few things they had and while okay, felt they had somewhat limited scope. I left and never came back. YMMV.

You can't expect him to cover everything. I think he's just one guy. For the basics that I needed his videos were great help.

I like bicycletutor because I really need to see someone doing something to learn. I can read about something and see pictures, but that never works as well for me as when I see it being done.

And he does things slowly and writes his script before taping so what he says during the video is clear and concise. All the videos on YouTube are really "poorly acted" and a lot of them are confusing. He also responds to the comments often.

I don't find very many videos helpful, much rather read than watch (generational differences no doubt).

It's a good visual aid. There is no way he's conveying as much information say out of a barnetts chapter in a video. I think of the video as highlights.
