none the best way to learn is to teach your self or thats at least what i think when i started flatland i didnt know any thing. i tried haven friends teach me but that doesnt work. so i went on the web and looked at tricks and i tried doin em and i kept practiceing and now im pretty good. PRACTICE!!!!!!

go to the how to section.

best way to learn to ride is to ride....

Look at the videos on bmxtrix and feel free to shoot me an email if you have questions. Most of all, read the how-to words as those are what really tell you what is going on in the video - how to move your body and what to be aware of. You can print them out and take them to your riding spot as well.

The videos at www.bmxstunts.com are top notch, but don't include the words to really tell you what needs to happen to make the trick work. Sure, I can describe a fire hydrant to you, but you need to know HOW to do a fire hydrant, the video shows you what it is, the words tell you how it is actually done.

i want to get into flatlanding, but i dont have the money for pegs, so for now im just working on my manuals, and im trying to bunny hop by going off a curb and pulling up on my bars, then trying to keep my end up to...

Don't forget learning to ride backwards on the bars, 180 rollbacks, squeakers, bar hops, track stand stuff, hopping on the pedals on the rear & front wheels... There are a ton of tricks you can do without pegs, so don't limit yourself with jsut a few tricks, try lots of stuff.

Yes, the quality sucks horribly, worst bike I've rode. I think that it's for little kids that wanna look like the big kids so they get a bike that looks like there's. Or it could be for the kid that doesnt take into consideration, weight and just overall quality, or it could even be for a kid thats in a hurry to get a bike so they go to Walmart with a hundred dollars in there parents pockets, or Walmart's there only choice, either way, I do not recommend the Mongoose Hoop-D Team Issue or Pro.

LOL, Kinda went all out on that one.

yeah i know this kid at my school and he says his hoop d (team issue) is better any bike including my F4.......my F4 isnt the best bike but its better than the hoop d
