If i change my cassette will i be changing my freewheel as well?

no. the freewheel unit is part of the hub itself. You are just changing the physical gears/cogs.

lol, interesting q/response.

a cassette is the thing with the cogs. a freewheel is the same thing, but on older bikes, like pre-1990. a freeHUB is what the cassette goes on. you can remove the cassette off the freehub, no probs.
