I'd like to be able to track all my stats, and I have no idea why I cannot find *one* program to track everything.

Here's what I want:
1) Tracking Cycling stats and rides (like Garmin Connect and the more awesome Sport Tracks). I'd like to be able to upload .tcx or .gpx files from my Edge 500.

2) Tracking Weight lifting Workouts (like ProTrack [http://www.dakotafit.com/page.php?c=tracking_workouts]). I'd like to be able to track specific exercise and the weights, reps, sets used for each.

3) Nutrition tracking (optional) (like sparkpeople, fitday, dailyplate, etc...)

4) Track incidental stuff, like sleep, mood, daily weight, etc...

The biggest hurdle seems to be that Cycling trackers don't have good functionality to track Weight lifting workouts, and weight lifting trackers don't import GPS stuff or track cadence, HR, etc.

Why does this not exist? A one-stop shop for all of your needs! Does it? Does livestrong.com track all this stuff? Is there a better plugin for Sport Tracks than the training plugin (which is wonky)?

Help!

trainingpeaks.com has a fantastic free online training log that covers what you want. they have a paid version of it also that lets you shcedule workouts ahead of time.

buckeyoutdoors.com is very good too, but you have to use the sports tracks plugin to upload garmin files. later.

I thought trainingpeaks as well, but does it import the GPS tracks?

it imports. it has an upload from device option with the free version. its a slick all in one product. the nutrition data base is outstanding. with the paid version you get the ATP, Virtual Coach and ability to plan workouts ahead of time. its pricey though. later.

But I mean, can you actually see the GPS tracks on a map?

Nevermind, I see that it has it. I think it didn't used to have it.

You know, somehow Training Peaks had completely flown under my radar. It looks really good.

The only thing is that to get full route history reports, and graphs of different stuff over time, you have to upgrade to the premium version. I'd totally buy it if it was a one-time piece of software, but the subscription price is kind of high for someone like me who isn't going to be using most of the more advanced stuff (coaching, mobile...)

But thanks...I'm gonna give the free version a shot and see how it goes.

With the paid version of training peaks, you can use it to plan your training. With the annual training plan wizard and virtual coach, there is a whole lot of value add. Definitely one of the best cycling investments I've made.
