I have a question.
A couple days ago I noticed that my right knee was little sore. Sore in the slightly hyper extended very minor strain kind of way. I hadn't ridden for 5 days prior to this so I'm pretty certain it's not biking related. I ride a fairly fast paced 10 miles last night and notice today that the tendon area just below the knee (the area that is struck during a reflex check when you get a physical) is numb (asleep).
I've never experienced this before and perhaps I'm just a "victim" of getting a bit older. I am in pretty good shape 5'10" 168 lbs 33 years old. I usually ride a couple times a week totalling about 30 miles (singletrack & occasional street). Have any of you guys experienced anything like this? Is it just a normal stress injury or something?
