BAs 20 x 2 have been listed as 530 grams on the Schwalbe website for the last few years. I just weighed one of mine and it's 622 grams. I know there'll be fluctuations but that's a pretty big discrepancy.
I remember thinking when I switched from the stock Kenda Kwest that I'd be adding an extra 170 grams or so for a lot of extra comfort and instead I added around 400 grams (where it matters most).

just weighted a couple of mine in stock and come up with 580 grams, which is still more than the claimed 530 gr but not so much .... Interesingly enough I also weighted some 20 x 2.15 apple lites and they are LIGHTER than the claimed 510 ... 470 to be exact ...

never fails to make you wonder ,,doesnt it ...
Thanks for checking though I changed my website to the actual weights, will do the same with every new arrival of tires from now on

The only weight I worry about is mine...and I don't worry much about that.

Most of my bikes are steel...heavy steel so weight savings aren't high on the priority list, durability, ease of maintenance and riding comfort are.:thumb: In fact...if I have a complete bike that weighs under 30# I would be suspicions that someone had snuck one into my storage.
